Plank Styles

1. Shaker Style (Recommended for indoor applications ONLY)

Fabricated out ¼” plywood with teak (mahogany, cherry) veneer on both sides. Rails and styles made out of solid teak (mahogany, cherry) planks 2” wide and ¾”-1” thick. Assembled with splines and waterproof glue.

2. Raised Panel

Fabricated out of solid teak (mahogany, cherry) panels trimmed with raised panel stile router bit around perimeter. Rails and styles made out of solid teak (mahogany, cherry) planks 2” wide and ¾”-1” thick. Assembled with splines and waterproof glue.

3. Louver Style

Fabricated out of solid teak (mahogany, cherry) louver planks 1 ¾”-2” wide and ¼” thick. Rails and styles made out of solid teak (mahogany, cherry) planks 2” wide and ¾”-1” thick. Grooves for louvers routed on stiles. Assembled with splines and waterproof glue.

4. “Faux” Louver Style

Fabricated out of solid teak (mahogany, cherry) panel ¾”-1” thick. “Faux” louvers routed on the panel. Rails and styles made out of solid teak (mahogany, cherry) planks 2” wide and ¾”-1” thick. Assembled with splines and waterproof glue. Stiles of cabinet doors, pic 5

5. Plank Style

Fabricated out of solid teak planks 2”-4” wide and ¾”-1” thick. Assembled in various directions (Styles “A”, “B”, “C”) with splines and waterproof glue.

6. Grate Style

Fabricated out of solid teak planks 1” wide and ¾”-1” thicl. Cut and assembled crown to crown with waterproof glue. Solid teak rails and styles 2” wide and ¾”-1” thick attached on the sides with splines and waterproof glue.
